[47] SOLVED - Bad toolpath

Hi,
I find a problem, as you see on the picture Bugg_1.jpg, the toolpath of middle shape is very bad, to solve the problem the solutions was to inclinate (0.98 deg plus or minus) shape right and shape left.
Do you have an idea of this trouble?

Look at the shape of your polyline, C'est comme une scie

Pourquoi il me genere des scie lorsque la piece et droite alors que sur les autres il n'y a pas de probleme.
et aussi pourquoi uniquement d'un coté?

To get the boundary profile line I did this;

1. select the surface then, Edit->Surface->Edge Detect
2. explode the lines produced
3. delete all unwanted lines
4. draw a line across each end to make a closed line
5. select the lines then, Edit->Join

The result was a good straight boundary line.

In vertical mod method no problem, but finsh is not good.
in waterline mod it doesn't work, i have the same problem, i download your cb file and try, the result is the same like me
