Well, I finally got around too loading that Mach4 mill pp into my Cam Bam, And it works.

Thanks everyone for your response. To be honest I haven't tried the code on my machine yet. I did not think the g83 code looked right.

I did not know there was a mach4 pp. Where do I find this pp? I'll get it installed.

Trying to drill 98 holes in  a delrin block for some dremel tools. Here is the first few lines of code I'm getting :

Sorry guy's, I posted the wrong file. That was the one I was working on yesterday. Loaded  it up this morning and  deleted pockets 4&5, fixed tool # and still no tool path. 

Then the light came on. I had the mops  disabled. DAM!! DAM!! DAM!! DAM!!

Any way, thanks too all for trying to help. I just don't use this program enough, and I'll be 82 in November and CRS is hitting me hard it seems.

P.S. It's all working now.

Pocket 2 has the same problem. I modified polyline 9. Then changed the primitive ID to match. it won't generate code either.

Every thing worked fine until  I changed the diameter.

I created a pocket1 a circle. The pocket was a little too small. So I increased the diameter by .100" .  It will not generate a new tool path.

I've changed other parameters and got a new tool path.

So do I need to create new mop and enter all parameters manually?

I tried copy & paste, that didn't work either.

So just changing primitive ID's is not allowed either?

I discovered what is causing the program to stop. I forgot about this feature because I don't use the cnc offend  enough.
Mach4 has a logging feature that creates a text file of all commands sent to the controller. Running this feature  I found that a stop command is what's stopping the file.

Problem solved.

This file is to spot drill 4 positions but stops at line 11. I changed  G83 To G81 and removed to Q, and still won't run. I even hand coded in Note pad using G81,  and neither file  run on CAMotics.

I've created lots of drill file and never had a problem like this.

 A previous drill  file with 8 holes works fine.

When  I create a profile to cut out a part, the cutter changes sides. Does the same when I create an inside profile. How do you make it stay on track.

Well I just replied  to that pm using a different computer and the robot thingy did not even show up. Dam computers are like women. Can't live with them, can't live with out them.

Well the problem I had signing up was with that thing called I'm not a robot thingy. Well it's happening again I'm trying to reply to a private message when I click on the robot box nothing happens. After a short period of time it tells me it timed out to click on the box again. This happened about four or five times and finally a window popped up with the choices of pictures. When I select the pictures it comes up and tells me I didn't type the right thing. So after about six times rechecking the checkbox still no pictures. What the hell is going on here. I've also had the same experience with Internet Explorer. I have encountered this robot thing on previous occasions across the internet and not had a problem with it.
