CamBam help (General usage) / Re: Random skips
« on: March 30, 2016, 16:34:40 pm »
Thanks to all, I believe the problem has been fixed. As David suggested I lowered the acceleration from 20 to 10 and the skips went away all seems good. What I am confused with is the z axis raises to clearance probably 500 times or more on this project and the z reacts this way only 3 times with the acc. set at 20 any ideas WHY.
Lloyd I DO have a tool # set. and it DOES make perfect ovals at 40 IPM.  Thanks Al

CamBam help (General usage) / Random skips
« on: March 29, 2016, 18:54:36 pm »
Hello All, I have experienced what I thought were random skips that have baffled me. Here I have been able to create one of these random skips that is repeatable on my machine. I believe I have narrowed it down to being caused by the S1000 before line 1525 which is the retract that attempts to go up but it skips I can tell by the screech sound it makes also [lol]

Hello David.  This is a great plugin. Could I request you change the 0.100 and 0.010 to 0.0625 and 0.03125 as I feel that would be more usefull.  Thank You in advance and keep up the great work you do.

Thanks for the input It will not work on my 32 bit win 7 operating system. So I guess I am just unable to work with any 3d files other than very small ones as it will not work with cambam on my 32 bit operating system????

Hello All ,  Does anybody here have experience with the 3d reliefs being sold on EBay from the soviet federation. If so I am wondering if they produce a good clean job and worth the money spent for them???? First question I guess should be is are they compatible with cambam??? any issues.???  Thanks in advance
