Polyline 51 is an OPEN polyline, i.e. it is not CLOSED. As such there is no INSIDE or OUTSIDE.

There are two solutions.

1. Select polyline 51 then choose menu item, Edit->Polyline->Reverse.
Or
2. In the Profile-machining-operation options, change Outside to Inside

You say the stock material is medium density particle board, that should not be an issue.
In my experience using hardwood, it sometimes matters about grain direction and if I'm using a 'conventional' or 'climb' cut, some combinations can produce a slightly oval hole although it would be hard to spot by eye only.

Here's some code from my fretboard plugin.

It takes a reference to a spline ( sp ), rotates it in X then translates it -15 in Z. The last line is the important bit.

Update to drivers, v10.9.8

Tested on Windows 11 64bit with CamBam 1.0 (64bit) and 0.9.8

After installing the 3DConnexion drivers to Windows I had to restart the PC before they would work on any software including Rhino 8

I copied a measurement as airnocker said then tried to past it into a field on the Numerical Move plugin, it did not work.

I then pasted it into a CamBam Text object to see if I had indeed copied the measurement, it pasted correctly into the text window.

CamBam 1.0 64 bit Windows 11 Pro.

If the script you are trying run is a Visual Basic one, i.e. filename ends in ".vbs" it will not work any more, you should rewrite it using Python, ends in ".py" and that will work fine.

I'm going with Polyline13 not forming a closed rectangle, i.e. it does not join at the 'square' corner.

"Clearance Plane" must be higher than "Stock Surface" by about 3mm
e.g. if Stock Surface = 12mm, Clearance Plane should = 15mm

I find it hard to believe it's 10 years since I posted the first version of this plugin, I wonder how far into the future it will be before it becomes irrelevant ? or will I be able to maintain it until "fourscore years" ?
