Thanks David as usual a big help. That looks like it wouldn't take 5 minutes to accomplish when you know what you're doing. I appreciate all of the help you have been to me over the years . And more people should say this more often. Have a goodday mate!

I just added a mister and need to setup a new profile for cutting metal instead of cutting wood. What is the procedure for accomplishing this task. All of my outputs will control pneumatic actuator's. I am using Mach3 and Warp9ESS with Pmdx 126 breakout board.

I have a need for a temporary holding jig for this Outside profile. What I need to do is rotate it 90 degrees and have the bottom side of the jig to accomadate the profile. I need to drill a couple of holes thru the TOP side is the reason for this jig. Thanks for any and all help on this matter. Cheers mate.

I know what you mean my little dog rules the roost if he starts a persistant bark I know it's time for  him to take a walk. I have a 13 pound Jack Russell. Lot's of personality with this one . I call him Buddy my best friend.

When I load this file into Mach 3 at line at line 6257 I get a message of zero radius arc. What is causing this and how do i correct it? I downloaded this off of the internet so I tend to lean in the direction that there is a problem with the drawing. Thanks for any and all help.

Thanks for the input David need to take a look at this. Ahh yes I downloaded the plugin and played with it a little and the results were great. You just taught me a valuable lesson. Thanks for your patience on teaching me something I wanted to accomplish.

I need to smooth this polyline thinking i could use fillet but alas it did not work for me .  Dagnabit!! So now I know what won't work how do i solve this problem and don't say start out with a decent drawing and you won;t have this problem. Some of this are revisions at the last minute and patience is waring thin, know what I mean. I have named the file appropriately!!

Is a rule of that thumb when downloading jpgs as far as dpi. I have a woodpecker that I would like to mill but i think the quality is to low. Let me knom what you think. This was used by Honda racing back in the 70's. Thanks for any and all help.
