Anyone know what PP I should for a Next Wave Shark HD510?
And if it isn't in  the standard list that comes with CamBam, does anyone know where I could find it?

I think you can try with a GRBL post processor. (probably the GRBL_noTC post pro)

The GRBL post pro can be "adjusted" if some commands are not recognized.
