Quick Change Graph Layout
« on: November 12, 2024, 18:08:45 pm »
Sure you can change it in the settings, but how about a quick grid layout change for different types of projects.  One day making small hardware parts and the next laying out lofted sheets.
Getting started on CNC?  In or passing through my area?
If I have the time I'll be glad to show you a little in my shop.

The only way I know of now is to save a prototype project with the correct settings.

have a look on this plugin ;)

http://www.atelier-des-fougeres.fr/Cambam/Aide/Plugins/gridmanager.html

It do not change the area covered by the grid but allow to quickly change the grid size

yep save it in the template folder, and load it by File/New from template

Ah no, sorry, this do not take the grid settings in account in the template...
