I'm not really sure I 'get' that one.  Nothing is related to spindle rotation speed.  If your 3-axis motion is accurate enough to machine those features, then it should be accurate enough to debur them, too.  Yeah, it would take some software to work out the tangents, but.. ???

If you look below, I posted the same thing FOUR times, because it never showed up.  I finally just gave up.  ONLY TODAY - three days later - did my posts become visible to me.  Others may have already been irritated by the repetition, but I never saw even on of them until you posted a response.  Then they all showed up.

You know, I seem to recall somebody saying profile in 3D was being worked on...  I think it was mentioned even before 1.0 became the official market release.
