Inside / outside confused polyline
« on: February 04, 2025, 18:09:34 pm »

I've never seen this before, maybe I've just been very very lucky, but odds seem low.

The mop is an outside profile, But a couple of the polylines got cut on the inside without me noticing.

These polylines are closed, they were created by cutting lines with other lines, joining, and then adding fillets.

I'm aware that open lines have an inside side, but never seen a closed line get confused.

Hello

Not a bug, when shapes are enclosed in a larger shape, the inside/outside has a specific behavior, the external shape is cut according the mop setting and the enclosed shape are cut in the opposite.

You need separate mop to achieve what you want to do.

Thanks.  Quite surprised I've not been caught out before.
