The SSL certificate for this website has expired again. As is regularly the case, the certificate has not been renewed and makes it difficult to access this website. SSL certificates have a purpose and are not just a nice decoration for the website.
Yet it is so simple. If you install a certificate from Let's Encrypt, it is valid for 3 months. After that, the certificate is automatically renewed. This has worked for me with around 80 domains for years.
