One example in 3DSurface missing elements no problem!
See picture a2jpg lack options in the Properties window click "Advanced".
Appears other properties see image a3jpg, first step change "Options>CutOrdering".
Second Step click in "Basic" and view image a4jpg was placed "Options CutOrdering".
Save the file.
