I think that it would be handy to be able to add a section into the gcode in the header area that would essentially be a 'table of contents/index'.
This section would be kinda like the {$tooltable} macro but instead would list all of the active MOPS and the sequential line number within the generated gcode. If Line Numbering option were used then it would show the appropriate generated line number for the MOP.
Obviously this would be optional as I would doubt that all users may want to see it.
