Bring CutViewer up to date

Cutviewer has some basic deficiencies.  For instance, it cannot handle the 'default' arc mode of CB.

This is a chore, because one must have a different post for cutviewer than for one's physical machine.

Andy, will you ask for some improvements that will allow us to set up CV for a particular set of modes, so we don't have to switch posts?  Sometimes that causes errors, when one forgets to switch back before actual machining.

Have you look at the _gcode.nci settings for CutViewer (located in the CutViewer program files folder)?

In this text file are a couple of settings...

IJkformat_abs
and
IJkformat_incr

The CutViewer help file has more detail on all the available options (under the Customization section), but the main ones of interest are...

Center      ( same as arc center mode absolute in CamBam )
and
center-start      ( arc center mode incremental )

Note, set the _abs and _incr variables to be the same... the absolute/incremental suffix refers to the linear move mode (G90/G91).

I hope that helps a bit in getting a unified post processor.

Hmmm... I guess I should blush.  It's been so long since I installed CV, I'd completely forgotten about those.

I wonder why he doesn't allow them to be configured in his setup, though...
