Not working for me with V1.0 32 bits (CamBam.CAD: 1.0.7364.41819) ... seems it works only on the 64 bit version (CamBam.CAD : 1.0.7389.20585)

I had not seen a reference to a config file that was directed to a 0.9.8 folder, now changed to 1.0 folder.

Lloyd,
I have the source code and you can get it too, thanks to the exe being a .NET assembly you just use ILSpy to decompile it.
It won't exactly match the original source I imagine and it does leave some syntax errors to fix up but nothing drastic.
