MK,
First, start with the very basics.  You have not selected a post-processor.  Without one, CB cannot properly convert machining paths to g-code.

Click on the Machining tab, scroll down to "post processor", and select Mach3.  Then re-save your .cb file, and re-generate the g-code.

MK, just a caution...  We still do not know what machine or controller you use... Mach3 was only a guess... it could be a different post-processor.

sorry about that,i use mach 3 on 3 axis cnc..

If you only have one machine and it is Mach 3 driven you should take the time to setup your default template to Mach 3.  That way you don't forget. 
Getting started on CNC?  In or passing through my area?
If I have the time I'll be glad to show you a little in my shop.

Rather than going through a heap of random files, it would be more useful if you wrote a script or plugin to do the conversion.
