Good to know David: What steps did you do the setup surface to bitmap? Or, can you send me the file you setup already. I will mill it out and see what the end result is on a side by side comparison.

 I tried the rose_bitmap2surface.cb file. I t seemed to mill pretty well for awhile. It gets about 3/4 of the way complete and CB freezes on me. Thing is, it is just CB that freezes. Every other program works fine. I have no idea what is causing this but I thought I was making progress here.  :(
