David, here's some text for the plugin web page;
CBubble
Usage:
With the letter ' i ' key pressed, move the mouse cursor over an object.
A popup box will appear showing information about that object.
If the object is a Polyline, the Start Point will be highlighted by a small dot.
If you are in the Polyline Edit mode where all the points are shown as small squares,
the popup box will still appear as normal and the small square at the Start Point will
also be highlighted with a small dot.
