This is my first post, so I would just like to say hi everyone.
I am currently testing CamBam to decide if it is the cam software I would like to invest in for hobby purposes. I am also currently building a wood cnc router. My first project will more than likely be a strat style guitar. I have a dxf in 2d form. After view some tutorials and working with the program I can do the outline and round over the edge, pocket the neck and pick up area, etc.. The problem I've run into now is the slope at the top back of the body. I've tried to use the Profile - Slope mop. That's wasn't what I was looking for. I also tried make a triangle with polylines and using the pocket mop and still not what I am looking for.
Has anyone here tried to make a strat style guitar with a 2d dxf? Any tips or tricks to do this machining would be greatly appreciated.
