Tutorials on 3D, Engraving and Bitmap Heightmaps

Hi, Maybe some one could point me in the direction of some good cambam tutorials on 3D profile and heightmaps I have figured some of the engraving, and learnt pocketing and cut a few jobs with the profile, more practice to understand the finer settings, levels, stepovers, etc,  but a bit more info would be a help. 
Have been through a few of the Youtube ones but I am sure I have missed a lot

Yes, thank you, many times and I  think I get most of it, understanding the settings and their meanings, and what they actually do, its a bit of trial and see what happens, most of the time. The PDF manual and Tutorials are always live when I am using the program. Referencing does help.
 I even get through here (this forum) a bit , but sometimes a visual with a few explanations helps me understand that little bit better. I will figure it out in the end. I did load up the extra memory piece for the heightmaps as a couple of times the " ran out of memory " popped up. Haven't tried it again yet. Anyway will keep practicing before I start cutting anything. Camotics  has been a very helpful tool.
Thanks for the forum, there is a lot to learn and I suppose I am rushing a bit as I have only had the program about a month. Lots to do . We are only here for a short time.
