CBSetup.dll does not work

Hello Andy,

Since version 1.0(alpha9) CBSetup.dll has no function.
Needs to be recompiled for .NET framework version 4
In trial version 1.0(alpha13)-3, the CBSetup.dll file is not transferred to the "CamBam plus 1.0" folder.

Bug in installer.
