Center DXF Drawing at 0,0
« on: July 17, 2009, 14:00:43 pm »
:) I want to import an existing DXF file and then tell CamBam to center the drawing at 0,0

I know that I can drag the drawing file to that location in CamBam but wonder if there is someway  I can tell CamBam I want to center a point on my DXF file at 0,0 after importing an existing DXF file.

Thanks,
George

You can select all (CTRL+A)

Then do Edit - Tranform - Center (...)

There are two center options:

Extents - Finds the center of the bounding rectangle of the shape.

Of Points - Averages all the points / vertices

I hope that helps.
