Hello to everybody,
I'm a new french Cambam user. I'm from mechanic formation, but my job is more conception than fabrication, so after many year I make some chips again, only wood chips for time :), for make my own prototype. So glad to be here, my first steps with Cambam was very intuitive and easy, when i have a bug i'll go to a very good ressource http://www.atelier-des-fougeres.fr
but if i have a problem, i will  check you. Have a good day.

oups, i forgot to precise : i works with 0.9.8 Cambam plus :)

Welcome aboard!  There is a LOT of work done with French translations for the package and plugins, along with documentation.

Get to know "David", too!

Welcome to the forums.  Lots of knowledge shared here.  Ask questions,  explain your problems, and show your work.  Just like math class in grammar school. 
Getting started on CNC?  In or passing through my area?
If I have the time I'll be glad to show you a little in my shop.

I hadn't known until now that Grammar School means something different over there, this is the UK meaning, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammar_school
