Properties treeview behavior
« on: April 15, 2019, 05:23:16 am »
I don't know if this is already possible or already requested, but it would be useful to avoid collapsing the nodes of the treeview while navigating among items or MOPs. Instead it should kept in the very same position (of course if the current visible items are still available in the next selection).

1. create two MOPs (say two Profile)
2. select the first one and expand the "Lead In Move" node
3. now select the other MOP

The node is now collapsed and under some circumstances the treeview changes also its position.
To compare the two sections you have to manually find and open again the node.
When comparing a lot of MOPs (or even items, i.e. the Center node for Circles) it's very annoying!

I always thought it would be handy to have an option for a split tree.  (Before anybody goes berzerk, I said OPTION.)  Geometry on one side and operations on the other.
Getting started on CNC?  In or passing through my area?
If I have the time I'll be glad to show you a little in my shop.
