Hello

It is the same as installing a PP that comes from internet, except that no needs to unzip it. ;)

Windows hides that folder by default.. I had forgotten to make it visible..

the only little thing i need to do is set the G codes from G01 to G1..
The memory on the Brother HS-100 is limited, so as little characters as possible in my programs..
If possible.. is there a way to get rid of blank spaces as well?

Duh.... Of Course there is a way to get rid of blank spaces..

Code: [Select]
line_out = Replace(line, " ", "") 'remove blank spaces
I now have to copy that little file to my workshop PC..

erhm... skip that..

Spaces disappear, but the decimalpoints don't..

Now what?

Ah.. this seems to work:

Code: [Select]
     While line_out.Contains(" ")
                            line_out = line_out.Replace(" ", "")
               End While

I  made some new nozzles for the machine as well..
I had to drill and tap new holes to fit them, as the old ones had deteriorated..3 holes M2.. Hurray for my CNCmill  ;D

and..

Mounted in the machine..
Now to test..

And we have a nice fountain in the machine.. the Jets from top and bottom are perfectly aligned, giving this "umbrella" of water at 50 mm above the table..
I have never seen a Brother HS-100 do this..

the Brother is sparking happily the last weeks..

I got some broken endmills.. and i picked a 3 mm one to make me a small boring bar..
it takes the machine about 12 minutes to erode this out of that Tungsten Carbide rod.. roughing and finishing.. quite fast..and Yes.. that thing on the left.. that is a ballpoint pen.. ;D
