CamBam 1.0 is now the official production release

Hello everyone.  I hope everyone is keeping safe and well!

CamBam 1.0 is now finally the official production release.

This is the same as the V1.0 rc3 release that has been under testing, with an additional bugfix for the resize dialog problem.

I will update the online version checker once we are confident there are no major issues with this release.

There is also a 64bit version of CamBam available under the development downloads...

Note! If there are incompatibilities with existing plugins, these will need to be recompiled for x64 platforms.

The next development CamBam version V1.1 is also well under way and will be tackling problems and adding new features, which require more extensive work than could safely go into V1.0.

Oh... DANG-IT!  I had not considered the incompatibility of many of the user written plug-ins to a 64bit version.  Some of the authors have not been active on the forum in a long time.   

Can we run the 32bit version and the 64bit version side by side?

Unfortunately no. After upgrading to 64 bit version only few files were left in old CB directory.

The installer is designed to 'upgrade' earlier installations, but could be modified so both can be installed... I'll look into that.

A bit of a interim hack: you can install the 64 bit version, copy the program folder somewhere, then uninstall 64 bit and install the 32 bit version.  You can then run the 64 bit version by creating a shortcut to the 'copied' 64 bit version.
