The pictures with all personal data will be stored permanently on the server. Every helper who has access to the server can access it.
It is technically so that an image must be stored on a server before the image is rotated or otherwise processed. In order to avoid a further Checkback with each upload, the images are anonymized by an image processor bevor they are stored on the server. There are other solutions, but this is the cleanest.
