Models are always welcome!  I've not measured my spindle noses -- I have two different machines.  But I use 4" vacuum tubing, so there's a start!

For fiberglassing small parts of complex shape you’ll find the non-woven fiberglass works way better especially as the first layer against the mold. The non-woven will take to the surface much better. You can then add woven material oriented for best strength.

Gary, I agree with this, but fiberglass will work fine if you 'bag it'. Of course for this vacuum is needed. ;)
