error screen
« on: April 09, 2021, 07:44:22 am »
Iam new in the field of cnc, i would like to test out cambam.
So I installed cambam 1.0.
Apparently that worked, but unfortunately when I start up the worksheet is a screenshot of the background when I start up cambam.

As an example a screenshot of cambam, with the "worksheet" so this post.

Maybe it's because your VGA adapter is not compatible with the VGA mode selected in CamBam.

Go to tolls/options and try other VGA mode ( Display Mode ) ; if you're using an "old" laptop, you can try the OpenGL_legacy mode, and if it still not work, try the GDI mode.

Cambam must be restarted after the VGA mode as been changed.

Also be sure the appropriate drivers are installed for your VGA adapter.

Maybe the programme window is just set to transparent. This is a setting that allows tracing of underlying drawings.
The setting can be found under Menu -> Bekijk -> Transparentje venster.

Good idea Ralph but I've just changed that setting on my PC and ALL of the CamBam window goes transparent, not just the drawing window.
