For some weeks now I have been sending emails via the website response form regarding licence purchase.
As yet I have received no response. Is there any other way to make contact?

Usually, Andy reply some hours later (max 24/48H) so I think that a problem has occurred with the Website when you purchase the licence.

I'll point this out to Andy, with your Email address so He can verify what happens.

A guy on the French forum order for a licence yesterday, and it receive it few hours later.

I think your order as not working (it's not the first time) ... try to retry if you have had no reply from Andy.

I assumed that the money had not been taken from the account? ... if it is the case, so maybe the license is in spam box.

I have tried to contact many times these last few weeks but no response.
