Pyro-related work slowly returns

I now have two pyro-related tool issues to troubleshoot for clients this month.

The work slowly comes back.  These companies can't exist without automation of some processes.  I designed one of the machines, and the other I set up and 'tuned' for pyro applications.  So I'm well-familiar with both.

Some pyro companies folded during the Covid-19 crisis, but none of my regular clients did, and now they're calling for service.

It'll be some welcome income, in a 'drought' that has lasted over 14 months.

Yep, thank you DF.  It couldn't come at a better time.  I'm almost dead-broke, and these two projects will get me through the next month nicely.  Then, we'll see.

But I suspect their businesses are increasing in volume, also.  So, it's a 'natural chain of events' for my services to be required more-often.

Well!  FOUR projects, just in the last week-and-a-half!

I routed six different prototypes on three days (for one client) for some multi-tube pyro mounting plates, and then had to design a 'spark-proof' enclosure for the thermostat assembly on another client's hot-melt dipping pot.

I can tell you, sheet metal bending is NOT my forte' (especially with multiple, converging, different-angle bends), but the enclosure turned-out OK... so...

It's starting to come back!  Yay!
