Does Cambam help with photo editing?

I usually use Adobe Photoshop to edit the images. I heard my friend recommend Cambam free app which also supports photo editing and creates beautiful photos. Is it right? I've never heard of Cambam before, so I'm not sure about this. Do you have experience editing photos on Cambam? Please give me some information about it.

No, CamBam has no photo editing capability, but it can convert a 2D image to 3D surface with mesh from bitmap
